Tour Plan
On your first day, arrive in Arusha, where you will be greeted by your guide and transferred to Tarangire National Park. After a delicious lunch, embark on an afternoon game drive through the park, famous for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. You will also spot giraffes, zebras, and various bird species. Enjoy a relaxing evening at your lodge.
Start your day with a hearty breakfast before heading out for a full-day safari in Tarangire National Park. Known for its high concentration of elephants, the park also boasts lions, cheetahs, wildebeests, and a variety of birdlife. Your guide will take you to the best spots for wildlife viewing, and you'll enjoy a picnic lunch in the park. In the evening, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park. The park is famous for its tree-climbing lions and diverse wildlife, including baboons, giraffes, elephants, and flamingos. Enjoy a game drive with stunning views of the lake, surrounded by the Great Rift Valley's dramatic escarpment. After a day of exploration, head to your lodge for a restful evening.
On the fourth day, you’ll enjoy a full-day safari in Lake Manyara. Your guide will take you on an exciting game drive through the park's varied habitats, including lush forests, open woodlands, and the lakeshore. Keep an eye out for the park's famous tree-climbing lions and large flocks of flamingos. Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner.
On day five, your journey continues to the Central Serengeti. This region is known for its large concentrations of wildlife, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, and wildebeests. Enjoy a game drive as you explore the area, soaking in the stunning views of the Serengeti's golden plains. Afterward, head to your lodge to relax and enjoy a delicious dinner.
Spend two full days in Central Serengeti, experiencing one of the world’s most famous wildlife destinations. The area is home to an incredible variety of animals, including the Big Five. Depending on the season, you may witness the Great Migration, as millions of wildebeests and zebras move across the plains in search of fresh grazing. Your days will be filled with thrilling wildlife encounters, and your evenings will be spent relaxing in luxurious lodges.
On the eighth day, you will head to North Serengeti, a less-visited and more remote region of the park. The North Serengeti is known for its stunning landscapes and abundance of wildlife, including lions, leopards, and the famous wildebeest migration. Spend the day exploring this breathtaking area and enjoy a game drive to spot wildlife in the unique setting of this northern region.
Over the next two days, you'll embark on game drives in North Serengeti, where you’ll have the chance to witness dramatic river crossings during the Great Migration (seasonal). The area is less crowded, offering a more private and intimate safari experience. Expect to encounter elephants, giraffes, hyenas, and many predators, such as lions and cheetahs. Return to your lodge each evening to relax and reflect on the day's adventures.
After a final morning safari in North Serengeti, you’ll fly to Zanzibar, where you’ll be transferred to your beach resort. Zanzibar’s pristine beaches, turquoise waters, and rich culture will offer a perfect contrast to your safari. Spend your afternoon relaxing on the beach, swimming in the Indian Ocean, or enjoying the resort’s amenities.
On your final day, enjoy the beauty of Zanzibar at your leisure. You can explore the historical Stone Town, visit the spice farms, or simply relax on the beach. Zanzibar is known for its excellent diving and snorkeling opportunities, so feel free to indulge in these activities. In the evening, you will be transferred to Zanzibar Airport for your flight back home.
