Operations Manager
Sondra has spent years building lasting relationships with travelers across the United States, bringing group after group to experience Tanzania firsthand. As Operations Manager, she oversees the day-to-day coordination of every safari and Kilimanjaro expedition, from first inquiry to final farewell, ensuring each journey runs seamlessly from start to finish. Her deep knowledge of group travel logistics and her genuine passion for Tanzania have made her one of the most trusted members of the team.
Roger Kaimukilwa
Operations Director
Roger comes from a family with over 50 years of heritage in Tanzanian tourism. With 15+ years of professional experience and more than 50 Mount Kilimanjaro summits, he oversees all safari and mountain operations as well as charitable coordination.
Lynn Foulke
Executive Leadership
Lynn previously held a C-level executive role at a major U.S. real estate firm for 30 years. Since 2011 she has introduced thousands of travelers to Tanzania, and has completed 8 Kilimanjaro summits, including a back-to-back Kilimanjaro-Mount Meru climb.
