Payments & Booking

Reserve your safari through our website, by email or by phone. Once your dates and itinerary are confirmed, a 30% deposit secures your reservation, and we send a detailed confirmation with your itinerary, accommodation and any special requests. We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance, especially for the peak season from June to October.

• A deposit of 30% of the total trip cost secures your booking.
• The balance is due 60 days before your safari begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may result in the cancellation of the booking.

• Bank transfer, major credit and debit cards, or approved online payment platforms.
• Payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems, and a receipt is issued for every payment.
• Split payments and several currencies can be accommodated, and instalments are available for selected packages.
• Bank fees, transfer charges and currency conversion costs are the client's responsibility.

Our prices include meals, lodging, Land Cruisers, fuel, national park fees, in-country flights, airport transfers, staff salaries and taxes, and all tips for drivers, guides, park rangers, Kilimanjaro crew, hotel porters and maid service. Your quote lists exactly what is included in your tour. Prices are based on a minimum of 3–4 people sharing; single supplements and prices for couples, families and groups are available on request.

• More than 60 days before departure: 75% of the deposit is refunded.
• 30–60 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost is refunded.
• Less than 30 days before departure: no refund.
